During the last week of term Year 12 student, Jaden went on two days of work experience with Global thanks to our fantastic alumnus Nick Davis! Jaden delved into the world of multi-camera workflows in the edit suite, editing content from an interview with none other than Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman promoting their new film Deadpool & Wolverine.
Jaden also got hands-on experience with a broadcast camera, toured on-air studios and the broadcast gallery, and connected with industry experts. A highlight was sitting in on a Katy Perry content planning sessions!
Nick made sure Jaden’s visit was memorable with a lunch trip to St James’ Park where they saw Buckingham Palace and even caught a glimpse of the King and Queen.
We are incredibly proud of Jaden and grateful to Nick for this amazing opportunity!
